FMS FedRAMP Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) security compliance initiatives.

• Collaborate with Security, Business, R&D, and Business Development teams to uphold authorization standards for federal agency usage.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables associated with FedRAMP.

• Assist in the oversight and administration of contracts linked to FedRAMP authorization, including third-party assessment organizations (3PAO).

• Supervise System Security Plans, Security and Privacy Policies and Procedures, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and other essential documentation.

• Oversee and manage system vulnerabilities, remediation strategies, and tracking of POA&M items until resolution.

• Lead and coordinate efforts for FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring, submitting required ConMon artifacts and deliverables to FedRAMP and federal agencies.

• Prepare for and facilitate audits, assessments, and significant changes; manage documentation updates, Security Change Request (SCR) forms, impact assessments, and Change Control Board reviews.

• Liaise with external audit teams to organize evidence collection, document submission, penetration testing, interviews, and other testing activities.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Solventum teams and federal agencies, including the FedRAMP PMO.

• Inform internal stakeholders about FedRAMP requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.

• Stay updated on FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC, and other governmental security frameworks.

• Execute additional cybersecurity responsibilities related to federal contracts and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7 years of Program Management experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of Program Management experience.

• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC, and other government security frameworks.

• Must successfully pass a government background check for a T5 Public Trust position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Master’s degree in health informatics, cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience presenting to executive-level personnel.

• Background in DoD and VA healthcare environments with direct involvement in project or program management tasks.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and manage a significant and often complex workload under tight deadlines.

• Travel: 20%.
