This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the FLIGHT DECK learning programs throughout their entire lifecycle, encompassing planning, logistics, production, delivery, and post-session support.
• Create, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures, templates, and operational rhythms.
• Handle session logistics and preparations for both virtual and in-person delivery, which includes scheduling, invitations/rosters, platforms/rooms, materials, facilitators, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Learning Designers to assemble facilitator kits, evaluations, and enabling materials.
• Configure offerings in LMS/LXP and oversee enrollments and completion tracking.
• Monitor program metrics such as attendance, satisfaction, adoption, and proficiency indicators.
• Generate reports and insights to guide ongoing improvements.
• Assist with communications, change management, and updates for stakeholders.
• Organize meetings and large-scale events.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage purchasing workflows.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve execution efficiency and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED combined with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in corporate learning and development or a related field.
• Must reside within 40 miles of a major U.S. airport.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience working in a Center of Excellence or within a matrixed organization, adept at navigating complex structures and processes.
• Strong communication skills; capable of conveying information clearly and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Proven experience in coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable results.
• Knowledge of sourcing and purchase order processing (e.g., SSS).
• Basic administration skills in LMS/LXP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Must satisfy U.S. Person status requirements for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
