Fleet Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, prioritizing efficiency and safety.

• Monitor and log shift activities, which include vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and upcoming vehicle requirements.

• Strategically plan and allocate vehicles based on demand forecasts that span hourly, daily, and weekly intervals.

• Facilitate vehicle transfers between various branches.

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to carry out car rental transactions effectively.

• Manage branch inventory while ensuring service levels are upheld.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative roles within an office, automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental sector is preferred.

• Proficient in basic computer navigation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Highly organized individual capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including shifts during the day or evening.

• Willingness to travel 5–10%, which may include air travel.

• Prepared to wear a company uniform.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
