Fleet Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and implement sales strategies for fleet operations to meet volume, revenue, and growth objectives.

• Pinpoint opportunities within corporate fleets, leasing firms, rental services, and public-sector entities.

• Develop, oversee, and convert a sales pipeline into sustainable business collaborations.

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at fleet management companies, leasing associates, and major corporate clients.

• Drive the negotiation of fleet contracts and oversee the tender process.

• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience and promote long-term retention through proactive account management.

• Partner with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, and Network divisions to craft competitive fleet proposals.

• Offer customer insights to aid in product development and commercial strategies.

• Collaborate with Finance on pricing strategies, leasing options, and incentive programs.

• Keep track of fleet market trends, competitive actions, and regulatory changes impacting corporate mobility.

• Represent the brand at fleet exhibitions, industry gatherings, and professional organizations.

• Compile regular market and customer reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Automotive, or a similar field.

• A demonstrated history of successful account acquisition and closing deals within the Belgian and/or Luxembourgish fleet and leasing sector.

• Over 5 years of experience in fleet sales, leasing, mobility, or automotive B2B sales.

• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in Dutch, English, and French.
