This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key institutional clients, serving as their primary advisor on fixed income strategies.
• Identify and seek new business opportunities to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide customized market updates, trading ideas, and strategic recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Spearhead regional sales initiatives and campaigns aimed at enhancing profitability and client engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish annual goals and track performance metrics.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and client forums.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of economics, fixed income markets, and capital markets to guide client strategies.
• Offer market insights to traders and underwriters to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Remain informed on new products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the structuring and execution of intricate fixed income transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain CRM systems such as IRIS and FI Client Portal to ensure client data integrity and facilitate sales reporting.
• Cultivate working relationships with back-office teams for operational support.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor Associates and Analysts.
• Create a talent pipeline for succession planning.
• Acknowledge and reward employees for exceptional performance.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional sales, fixed income, or capital markets.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required.
• Series 24 is strongly preferred for supervisory roles.
• Proven success in leading complex transactions and managing relationships with senior-level clients.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of fixed income markets, products, and transaction structures.
• Strong skills in business development and strategic advisory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interactions with executive-level clients.
• High integrity and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced familiarity with Bloomberg and CRM systems.
• Professional proficiency typically gained through 10 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
