This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Assists in the implementation, upkeep, and delivery of First Aid training offerings.
β’ Prepares reports and presentations detailing the status of First Aid training products, initiatives, and operational activities, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators.
β’ Coordinates activities and processes related to products to ensure that objectives are met within designated timelines.
β’ Facilitates the distribution of training materials and resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Manages registration and logistical support for events, training sessions, meetings, and off-site activities.
β’ Offers administrative and operational assistance to the First Aid Training team.
β’ Organizes meetings, prepares necessary documentation, and oversees routine correspondence.
β’ Maintains databases, records, files, and associated documentation.
β’ Aids in mandatory product and operational reporting tasks.
β’ Monitors and addresses inquiries received through shared email inboxes.
β’ Provides prompt support to instructors, training centers, chapters, and customers regarding training products, materials, registrations, and related procedures.
β’ A college degree and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in safety promotion, community education, or training is required.
β’ Familiarity with training programs, operational procedures, and customer support practices is essential.
β’ Works with general supervision.
β’ Capable of resolving routine operational challenges and escalating more complex issues when necessary.
β’ Possesses a working knowledge of First Aid training products, processes, and support systems.
β’ Ability to organize work schedules and meetings effectively.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
β’ Competence in using Project Management Tools.
β’ Accrual of at least 20 PTO days in the first year, along with 11 paid holidays.
