This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead revenue expansion and formulate sales strategies for fire station alerting systems within the Department of Defense.

• Act as a reliable consultant for customers and key stakeholders throughout the purchasing journey.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable solutions and effectively communicate the value of US Digital Designs’ products.

• Generate demand, identify opportunities, and broaden the scope of USDD solutions across federal, military, and other critical mission applications.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle from customer insights and solution positioning to implementation assistance and long-term account management.

• Engage in value-based selling by comprehending customer challenges and transforming needs into sales proposals.

• Assess customer requirements and offer technical guidance and best practices.

• Formulate technical requirements and solutions.

• Conduct regular on-site visits and maintain communication with customers before, during, and after the sales process.

• Research and stay informed about the competitive landscape.

• Exhibit an expert-level understanding of DoD procurement processes and contracts.

• Deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of expertise in Public Safety, preferably in Fire, Medic, or Dispatch.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel to events across the United States.

• Preferred 7+ years of experience with US Digital Designs products and/or similar low-voltage offerings.

• Preferred 7+ years of experience within DoD/DoW Fire Services.

• A college degree is preferred; relevant experience will be considered.

• Experience in government procurement processes.

• Proficiency with standard productivity software suites, including Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce experience is preferred.

• Must possess or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual obligations.
