Financial Systems Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Direct and conduct maintenance, configuration, and daily administration of global finance software applications for BETSOL's clients.

• Configure software applications and modules, which includes application settings, administration configurations, and data migrations.

• Oversee application role security in accordance with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify suitable role security for new Finance applications and lead periodic control assessments with auditors.

• Facilitate Finance application user provisioning and manage associated change request tickets.

• Act as the primary resource for managing Finance application ticket boards.

• Work in collaboration with senior Finance leadership to prioritize the change pipeline and address open tickets.

• Diagnose issues and outages in Finance software and integrations.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Review application updates and software releases, leading the testing of affected processes alongside Finance process owners.

• Aid in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Contribute to technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies regarding Finance applications.

• Support both internal and external auditor inquiries related to Finance applications and technology.

• Participate in projects for implementing new Finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformation.

• Assume responsibilities of the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned absences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in a corporate environment with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• At least 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, ideally in finance.

• Familiarity with applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• A resourceful nature and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience in supporting projects and collaborating with team members to achieve deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or relevant work experience.

• Availability to work during US EST business hours.
