Financial Systems Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute maintenance, configuration, and daily administration of global finance software applications.

• Configure application settings, administrative configurations, and manage data migrations.

• Oversee application role security in line with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify appropriate role security for new Finance applications and conduct periodic control assessments with auditors.

• Handle Finance application user provisioning and manage related change request tickets.

• Serve as the primary resource for managing Finance application ticket boards.

• Collaborate with senior Finance leadership on prioritizing change pipelines and addressing open tickets.

• Diagnose Finance software and integration issues, including outages.

• Provide support to outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Review application updates and software releases, leading testing efforts with Finance process owners.

• Assist in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Help create technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

• Support internal and external auditor requests related to Finance applications and technology.

• Take on responsibilities assigned to the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned absences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in a corporate environment with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• At least 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, specifically finance applications like Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience supporting projects and collaborating with team members to achieve deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

• Availability to work during US EST business hours.
