Financial Systems Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in maintaining, configuring, and overseeing the daily administration of finance software applications on a global scale for BETSOL’s clients.

• Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of finance applications, minimizing disruptions during critical finance reporting periods.

• Play a key role in the implementation of new finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology advancements.

• Assume responsibilities assigned to the Global Finance Applications Lead during scheduled absences.

• Configure software applications and modules, including application settings, administrative configurations, and data migrations.

• Manage application role security in alignment with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify suitable role security for new finance applications and lead routine control evaluations with auditors.

• Carry out user provisioning for finance applications and manage associated change request tickets.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing finance applications ticket boards.

• Collaborate with senior finance leadership to prioritize the change pipeline and address open tickets.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to finance software and integrations, including outages.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Review updates and software releases; plan and oversee testing efforts with finance process owners.

• Support the training of staff on new finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Aid in the preparation of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

• Provide support for internal and external auditors regarding finance applications and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in a corporate environment with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• At least 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Resourceful with a strong problem-solving ability.

• Proven experience in supporting projects and collaborating with team members to achieve deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

• Availability to work during US EST business hours for a US-based client.
