Financial Systems Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute maintenance, configuration, and daily administration of finance software applications on a global scale for BETSOL's clients.

• Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of finance applications, reducing disruptions during critical finance reporting periods.

• Participate in initiatives for the implementation of new finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology improvements.

• Assume responsibilities held by the Global Finance Applications Lead during scheduled absences.

• Configure software applications and modules, which includes setting application parameters, managing administrative configurations, and executing data migrations.

• Administer application role security in accordance with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify suitable role security for new Finance applications and lead regular control evaluations alongside auditors.

• Handle user provisioning for Finance applications and manage associated change request tickets.

• Act as the primary resource for managing Finance applications ticket boards.

• Work in collaboration with senior Finance leadership to prioritize change initiatives and open ticket resolutions.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Finance software and integration outages.

• Aid outsourced partners in overseeing system performance.

• Review updates and releases for applications.

• Plan and coordinate testing of affected processes with Finance process owners.

• Cultivate expertise to support training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Assist in creating technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications.

• Provide support for internal and external auditor requests regarding Finance applications and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4–6 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials in a corporate setting.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, particularly finance applications like Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Strong resourcefulness and aptitude for problem-solving.

• Proven experience in supporting projects and collaborating with team members to deliver results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; or a verifiable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or relevant work experience.

• Availability to work for a US-based client during US EST business hours.
