• Foster strong relationships and trust with clients through in-person, phone, and online interactions.

• Assess clients' financial data and create customized action plans.

• Provide personalized financial options and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

• Represent Apprisen within local communities.

• Deliver financial education programs to community organizations.

• Participate in ongoing improvements and innovative practices.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies.

• Creative mindset to generate new solutions for complex issues.

• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong self-directed learning skills to independently gain new competencies.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and work hours.

• Successful completion of credit, background, and drug pre-employment screenings is required.

• Bilingual skills are an advantage, though not mandatory.
