Financial Services Representative – Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Focus on investments by selling and delivering a comprehensive range of investment products and services.

• Contribute to the growth of the investment portfolio by achieving personal annual targets and objectives.

• Assist in identifying business opportunities to create a profitable investment portfolio that aligns with corporate goals.

• Anticipate and assess the needs of members.

• Process requests or direct members to appropriate service areas.

• Provide needs-based guidance and advise members on family budgeting, credit management, and investment/retirement planning.

• Recognize opportunities for generating sales and attracting new members.

• Oversee the renewal of maturing investments.

• Offer timely notifications, inform members about alternative options, and aid with renewals.

• Build and sustain effective relationships with members through outstanding service.

• Carry out additional duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience in sales, service, and investment administration and/or sales.

• Advanced skills in member service and sales.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Must possess a Mutual Funds License that is active and in good standing.

• Willingness to undertake further educational components as necessary.

• The successful candidate must live within a three-hour radius of the Kawartha Financial Services Regional Office in Peterborough, ON.

• Availability from Monday to Saturday.

• Commitment to 37.5 hours per week.
