Financial Reporting & Analysis Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage financial reporting and analyses.

• Formulate and execute HCSC’s financial reporting strategy.

• Provide guidance and consultation to senior management regarding financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Skills in motivating, developing employees, managing performance, and hiring.

• Excellent analytical, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Capability to collaborate with various groups across a large organization.

• Established record of attention to detail, effective time management, and prioritization skills.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.

• Experience in insurance statutory accounting and reporting preferred.
