This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide support to vital external and internal clients.
• Oversee multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Contribute to Vanbridge’s growth and management while ensuring effective communication.
• Assist partners with strategic guidance and implementation.
• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their financial needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.
• Evaluate life insurance policies to identify the best options for clients’ financial plans.
• Offer customized life insurance policy suggestions.
• Aid in the application process, policy management, and adjustments to coverage.
• Inform clients about annuity and life insurance offerings.
• Ensure that recommendations and transactions adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with advisors and team members to weave insurance solutions into holistic financial plans.
• Investigate industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory developments.
• Prepare documentation and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Compose and manage correspondence and communications with clients.
• Collaborate with advisors throughout the financial planning process.
• Respond to clients proactively and in a professional manner.
• Stay informed about carrier product details, rate adjustments, and regulations.
• Proven experience with Life Insurance products is essential.
• At least two to three years of relevant experience required.
• Background in insurance and financial services is necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Proficiency in managing life insurance portfolios.
• Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 licenses/certifications are advantageous or must be acquired within 90 days.
• Familiarity with insurance industry software is important.
• Experience in client support, portfolio management, relationship management, or paraplanning in financial services is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications are necessary.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables effectively.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to follow through and adapt to changing priorities.
• Business acumen and a track record of enhancing business processes.
• Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively via phone, virtual meetings, and potentially in-person settings.
