Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the finance team to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and enhance operational efficiencies throughout the organization.

• Compile and present financial and operational reports that detail sales performance, profitability, headcount, payroll trends, staff utilization, project status, and key business KPIs.

• Create, track, and uphold budgets, forecasts, and rolling 12-month financial plans.

• Oversee finance-related projects, including enhancements to reporting, system upgrades, entity consolidations, and standardization of processes.

• Assist business leaders with financial analysis and provide recommendations aimed at boosting profitability and performance.

• Propel change initiatives, which encompass stakeholder engagement, process implementation, and staff training.

• Establish relationships with finance managers and key stakeholders to grasp business challenges and recognize opportunities for improvement.

• Generate monthly financial analyses and commentary while adhering to reporting deadlines.

• Offer ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis.

• Accounting qualification (CA/CPA is highly valued).

• Significant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation techniques.

• Familiarity with BI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.

• Capability to convert complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and precise when handling financial and confidential data.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
