Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Foster informed business decisions throughout APAC operations

• Collaborate with the finance team to pinpoint process enhancements and promote operational effectiveness

• Prepare and present financial and operational reports that detail sales performance, profitability, headcount, payroll trends, staff utilization, project progress, and essential business KPIs

• Develop, oversee, and sustain budgets, forecasts, and rolling 12-month financial plans

• Spearhead finance-related initiatives, including reporting enhancements, system upgrades, entity consolidations, and process standardization

• Assist business leaders with financial analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and performance

• Propel change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, process implementation, and staff training

• Cultivate relationships with finance managers and key stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and discover improvement opportunities

• Prepare monthly financial analysis and commentary while adhering to reporting deadlines

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic business initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis

• Accounting qualification (CA/CPA is highly valued)

• Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting

• Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation

• Experience with BI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-driven solutions is highly desired

• Capability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business

• Ability to establish relationships and engage with stakeholders across the organization

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and precise in handling financial and confidential data

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
