This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Construct, uphold, and enhance comprehensive financial operating models to aid client planning and decision-making.
• Create and evaluate debt waterfalls, debt service ratios, and other financial models related to debt.
• Conduct financial forecasting, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and long-term strategic planning.
• Assess financial performance, cash flow, debt commitments, and critical financial metrics.
• Formulate assumptions and modeling scenarios based on client goals and financial information.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into detailed financial models.
• Recognize financial trends, risks, opportunities, and potential impacts across multiple scenarios.
• Prepare presentations that summarize financial analyses, findings, and recommendations.
• Convey complex financial information to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Ensure models are precise, well-organized, scalable, and properly documented.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic planning efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of financial experience in developing and maintaining intricate financial models.
• A minimum of 2 years of investment banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in debt waterfalls, debt service ratios, debt structures, cash flow modeling, and financial forecasting is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with the capability to construct sophisticated models from scratch.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to financial accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and clearly communicate key findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently in a remote, client-facing setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
