Financial Leadership Partner, CFO-Level Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients generating between $3M and $50M in revenue as their outsourced financial leader.

• Take ownership of financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and key performance indicators utilized by client leadership.

• Assist business owners and management teams in interpreting numerical data for monthly strategic decisions.

• Challenge clients regarding pricing strategies, labor efficiency, and potential margin leaks.

• Enhance the company’s methodologies, delivery processes, and tools informed by insights from client engagements.

• Oversee multiple client projects in a dynamic consulting setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA is mandatory.

• At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, including titles such as CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Business Owner.

• Practical experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses with annual revenues ranging from $3M to over $100M.

• Demonstrated capability to enhance profitability, expand margins, and optimize cash flow through financial analysis.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools are essential.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting atmosphere.

• Previous experience as a business owner or entrepreneurial involvement is considered a significant advantage.

• Candidates must reside in Texas or Georgia.
