Financial Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service in a call center for clients' retirement savings accounts.

• Inform and enable customers without engaging in cold calling or sales.

• Relay important updates and modifications to plans.

• Handle changes related to contributions, loans, and withdrawals.

• Implement general account modifications as directed by the customer.

• Work collaboratively with a team of associates and clients.

• Complete a paid training program for associates and receive ongoing coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work a 40-hour work week beyond standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturdays.

• An associate degree or higher, along with at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience.

• Ability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup.

• Minimum service speed of 50 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• Direct connection to a modem or router via an Ethernet cable.

• A designated area at home for training and work that is free of interruptions.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is available.

• Experience in financial services or call center environments is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and implement financial industry policies, processes, and procedures.
