Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions in direct collaboration with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for firms generating annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing necessities.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured agreements weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio, with direct and verifiable connections to C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues above BRL 15 million.

• Hands-on understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding initiatives such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness.

• Significant commercial experience with mid-sized and large firms (Middle Market and Large Corporate), maintaining an active portfolio and established relationships in agribusiness.
