Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for firms with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Support medium to large industrial corporations (Middle and Large Corporate).

⛳️ Requirements

• Established, active client portfolio with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium to large enterprises generating over R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational rigor, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Strong commercial seniority with experience serving medium and large companies (Middle and Large Corporate), maintaining an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.
