Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for businesses generating annual revenue exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Engage with companies operating in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an established active portfolio with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources including BNDES and similar organizations.

• Understand financial statements, credit analyses, valuations, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt requirements.

• Exhibit proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Highly experienced commercial professional catering to mid-sized and large enterprises (Middle Market and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and well-established connections in the industrial sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
