Financial Consultant – Structured Credit & Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions.

• Collaborate closely with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for firms with annual revenues surpassing BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts weekly.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Provide services to clients in the agribusiness sector.

• Align corporate financing requirements with funding sources and develop tailored credit solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies generating annual revenues over BRL 15 million.

• Practical expertise in credit structures, FIDCs (credit rights investment funds), asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, including BNDES and similar entities.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven attitude, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large corporate clients (Middle Market and Large Corporate).

• Active portfolio and established connections within the agribusiness sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.

• Operate as an independent contractor or service provider.
