Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Identify capital and corporate debt financing requirements for companies generating over BRL 15 million in annual revenue.

• Analyze projects and their respective financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, targeting the completion of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Work within the agribusiness sector, aligning corporate needs with available funding sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active client portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized to large companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Practical experience with credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit analyses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capable of interpreting intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt requirements.

• Demonstrates proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large enterprises (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the agribusiness sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.

• Proficient skills in finance and sales administration.
