Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions in direct collaboration with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for firms with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, targeting the establishment of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Cultivate corporate relationships and design tailored credit transactions for businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established, active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium to large companies with annual revenues over R$15 million.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to understand intricate projects and the working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience engaging medium and large enterprises (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with a robust portfolio and well-established relationships across various industrial sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Expertise in Client Portfolio Management, Sales, Sales Consulting, and Financial Analysis.
