Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to authenticate proposals.

• Offer commercial support to mid-sized and large industrial enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active client portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• In-depth understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and comparable organizations.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive commercial experience catering to mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections within the industrial sector.

• Skills: Client Portfolio Management, Sales, Sales Consulting, Financial Analysis.
