Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Ensure ongoing business origination, aiming for a target of two structured contracts per week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Work within the agribusiness sector.

• Align corporate needs with funding sources and design tailored credit solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established active client portfolio with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs (Brazilian credit rights investment funds), asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit analyses, valuations, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt needs.

• A proactive approach, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Significant commercial experience in servicing mid-sized and large corporations (Middle Market and Large Corporate).

• An active client portfolio with established contacts in the agribusiness sector.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.
