Financial Consultant – Structured Credit & Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine the working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing needs.

• Ensure a steady flow of deal origination, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to affirm proposals.

• Offer commercial assistance to mid-sized and large enterprises in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Practical experience with credit structures, FIDCs (Brazilian credit rights investment funds), asset management, private equity funds, and institutional/federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit analyses, valuations, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret complex projects along with working capital and corporate debt financing needs.

• A proactive approach, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational rigor, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Significant senior-level commercial experience catering to mid-sized and large corporate clients, with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.
