Financial Consultant – Structured Credit & Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions that involve structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Assess the working capital and corporate debt requirements of companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts per week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Offer commercial assistance to medium-sized and large enterprises within the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium-sized and large companies with annual revenues over BRL 15 million.

• In-depth understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit analyses, valuations, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects as well as working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Significant senior commercial experience catering to medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector.
