Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for companies generating annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Manage corporate partnerships with industrial companies as well as medium and large enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium to large firms with annual revenues above BRL 15 million.

• Practical understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional and federal funding programs such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit analyses, valuation, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Proactive, commercially oriented, results-driven, operationally disciplined, and proficient in negotiation and closing deals.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to medium and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
