Financial Consultant – Structured Credit & Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Source, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, engaging directly with ultimate borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for enterprises with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Ensure ongoing origination, aiming for a target of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposal validity.

• Cater to medium-sized and large enterprises, particularly in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, active client portfolio along with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders of medium-sized and large businesses with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Practical expertise in credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources like BNDES and comparable organizations.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects and the working capital and corporate debt needs they entail.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial space.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Skills: Client Portfolio Management, Sales, Sales Consulting, Financial Analysis.
