Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for organizations with annual revenues of over R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Cultivate corporate relationships within the construction and real estate development industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established, active client portfolio along with direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large businesses that generate annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Hands-on experience with credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal funding sources, including BNDES and similar entities.

• Proficient understanding of financial statements, credit assessments, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects alongside working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven orientation, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Senior-level commercial experience catering to mid-sized and large enterprises (Middle Market and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and well-established connections in the construction and real estate development sectors.
