Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for firms with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Maintain a consistent origination effort, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established, active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal fund programs, including BNDES and similar organizations.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret complex working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven orientation, operational discipline, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience working with mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and established connections in the agribusiness sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.
