Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for businesses generating annual revenues surpassing BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for an established target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm the validity of proposals.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with medium-sized and large industrial enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active client portfolio with direct, verifiable connections to C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large organizations with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Hands-on experience with credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding avenues such as BNDES and comparable entities.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects along with working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational rigor, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

• Active client portfolio.

• Experience in sales as a Sales Consultant.

• Competence in financial analysis.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships within the industrial sector.
