Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize the working capital and corporate debt financing requirements of firms generating annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts weekly.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Cater to mid-sized and large enterprises, emphasizing industrial businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues above R$15 million.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit analyses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects alongside working capital and corporate debt financing needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing capabilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large corporate clients, with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Skills: Financial Analysis, Client Portfolio Management, Sales, Sales Consulting.
