Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions that involve structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for organizations with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Engage with businesses in the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio along with direct, demonstrable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises with revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Working knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding lines, such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering concepts.

• Capability to decipher intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• A proactive approach, commercial insight, results-oriented mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Significant senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and established relationships within the industrial sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
