Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt requirements among businesses with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to ensure proposal validation.

• Cultivate corporate partnerships with medium and large enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established active portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium-sized and large firms with annual revenues above BRL 15 million.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit analyses, valuation, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• A proactive approach, strong commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to medium and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships within the industrial sector.
