Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt needs among firms with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination activities, aiming for a target of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

• Align corporate requirements with funding sources and devise tailored credit solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium and large companies generating over R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional as well as federal funding avenues, including BNDES and similar organizations.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• Proactive mindset, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive commercial experience catering to medium and large corporations (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in agribusiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.
