Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Originate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Identify the working capital and corporate debt requirements of companies generating annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing needs effectively.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to ensure proposals are validated.

• Offer commercial assistance to mid-sized and large industrial enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established client portfolio and direct, proven relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises with annual revenues above R$15 million.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines, including BNDES and similar organizations.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit analyses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret complex projects along with working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational discipline, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior-level commercial experience engaging with mid-sized and large corporations (Middle Market and Large Corporate), possessing an active portfolio and established relationships within the industrial sector.

• Background in managing client portfolios, consultative sales, and conducting financial analyses.
