Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine the working capital and corporate debt needs of companies with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Ensure ongoing origination, targeting a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

• Align corporate requirements with funding sources by designing tailored credit solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies generating annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capacity to interpret complex working capital and corporate debt projects and needs.

• Proactive approach, commercial insight, results-driven orientation, operational discipline, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in agribusiness.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness.

• Preferred professional experience: less than one year.
