Financial Consultant – Structured Credit & Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize the working capital and corporate debt financing requirements of companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing needs.

• Ensure ongoing origination, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Offer commercial support to medium and large enterprises, especially within the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio with direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium and large companies generating over BRL 15 million in annual revenue.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering concepts.

• Capable of interpreting intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• Demonstrates proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Significant senior-level commercial experience working with medium and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), maintaining an active portfolio and established connections within the industrial sector.
