Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Source, assess, and oversee corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for businesses with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financial needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Offer commercial assistance to mid-sized and large industrial firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established active client portfolio with proven direct connections to C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Practical understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal funding sources, including BNDES and similar entities.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuations, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects as well as working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• A proactive approach, strong commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive commercial experience catering to mid-sized and large corporate clients (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Background in financial analysis, sales consulting, commercial operations, and client portfolio management.
