Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Business Relationships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and manage corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of 2 structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

• Align corporate requirements with funding sources and develop tailored credit solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established active portfolio and proven relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and stakeholders of medium to large enterprises generating over R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding programs like BNDES and similar entities.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit assessments, valuations, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects alongside working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Agribusiness, or Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to medium and large enterprises (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established ties in agribusiness.

• Skills: Financial Analysis, Commercial Management, Client Portfolio Management, Sales Consulting.
