Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Business Relationships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine the working capital and corporate debt financing requirements of companies with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze project details and financing needs.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

• Align corporate financing requirements with funding sources and develop tailored credit transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium to large companies generating annual revenues above R$15 million.

• In-depth knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding programs such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering principles.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior-level commercial experience with medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate).

• Active portfolio and established connections within the agribusiness sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.
