Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Business Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Source, assess, and manage corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for organizations with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze project financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination activities, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Operate within the agribusiness sector.

• Align business requirements with funding sources and design tailored financial solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises generating over R$15 million annually.

• Solid understanding of credit structures, FIDCs (Credit Rights Investment Funds), asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal financing programs such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficient in financial statement analysis, credit theses, valuations, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects alongside working capital and corporate debt requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to mid-sized and large corporations (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the agribusiness sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness.

• Skills: Corporate Banking, Sales Administration, Finance, Commercial Consulting.
