Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Business Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt financing requirements for organizations with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing necessities.

• Maintain ongoing origination efforts, targeting a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to affirm proposals.

• Operate within the agribusiness sector and cultivate business relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders of medium to large enterprises generating annual revenues above R$15 million.

• Hands-on knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal funding programs, such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit assessments, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects and identify working capital and corporate debt financing requirements.

• A proactive approach, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.

• Significant commercial seniority in servicing medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the agribusiness sector.

• Competencies: Sales, Corporate Banking Consultant, Sales Administration, Finance.
