Financial Consultant, Structured Credit, Business Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate, assess, and oversee corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt needs for firms with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Engage with industrial companies as well as medium and large enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Established and active client portfolio with proven direct relationships with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders of medium-sized and large firms generating over R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Practical understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines, such as BNDES and similar entities.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret complex projects along with working capital and corporate debt requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial awareness, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience catering to medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active client portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Skills: Sales, Financial Analysis, Sales Consulting, Client Portfolio Management.
