Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Business Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for companies with annual revenues surpassing R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination activities, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to affirm proposals.

• Function within the agribusiness sector.

• Link corporate demands with funding sources and devise tailored credit solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active client portfolio with direct, proven relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies generating annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Practical understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines such as BNDES and similar programs.

• Proficient in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Demonstrates proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.

• Significant senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the agribusiness sector.

• Preferred professional experience: less than one year.
