Financial Consultant, Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Determine the working capital and corporate debt needs of businesses with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, targeting a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Offer commercial assistance to mid-sized and large industrial enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio with direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large enterprises generating over R$15 million in annual revenue.

• Practical expertise in credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal funding sources, including BNDES and similar entities.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, valuation, and financial engineering principles.

• Capacity to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and their requirements.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven mindset, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing capabilities.

• Senior-level commercial experience in serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
